Too many Towers downtown?
As another tower begins to rise from below ground, are there too many towers downtown?
What about some nice designs.. they all look so similar!

“too many?”
Yes. One of the “livable” aspects of Vancouver is being able to take a stroll in the sun and the density is beginning to blot out the sun at street-level.
“What about some nice designs.. they all look so similar”
There’s only so much you can do within the constraints of energy efficiency, earthquake resistance and cost so it is inevitable that they will all look similar.

Well, there are too many folks in Vancouver now so what’d you expect? They have to have somewhere to live & work!
Ah for the ’50s again! That was when Vancouver was really nice!
