I have to wonder who allows these figures to mess up the Parks and Beaches, I am sure that most visitors etc would prefer not to have to look at these grotesque figures, and let the Park be as it was for many years, and let the people enjoy the park without so many monuments?

That sculpture in particular is a horrible blight! The scale doesn’t work at all but especially for the site. The materials are ugly. The figures are sneering creepily and the “jeans” they are wearing are a baffling addition. It’s a tragic failure, a loss of green space and it blocks one of the finest views in the world. The best thing I could say about it is that if they ever remove it, we will be more aware of how nice that space is without it!
