Thanks for visiting our webcam here in Vancouver, Beautiful British Columbia. It looks west to English Bay Vancouver, with Sunset Beach in view. The North Shore mountains can be seen at the top. Bowen Island is in view.
You can also just see part of the dock at the Vancouver Maritime Museum on the left. The camera is situated near the Burrard Bridge, close to the Granville Island Ferry pier and the Vancouver Aquatic Centre.
On some days, the Gulf Islands and the higher mountains on Vancouver Island can be seen on the horizon on the top left. The trees towards top the left is Point Grey / UBC while the other tip on the right is Point Atkinson / Lighthouse Park.
The famous Vancouver seawall can be seen from the lower left to the mid right of the picture, watch for the walkers, bikers and skaters.

AHHHH! I can’t believe I missed THAT sunset tonight. I need to do a walk around the seawall again. I did is Thursday evening and was drenched lol.

ITtwas good, friends were of the opinion Spain was best followed by Canada…… strange that China won!

It’s a large dumpster, the city has been tidying the beach.

I know, no new sculpture…. I’m not sure if they are removing the sculpture you see on the beach, they have some of the others.

I really hope they keep “The Ribs” on the beach – I took some fantastic pictures looking through it, out over English Bay a few years ago.
